Our Mission

Guns Down Friday is a prevention-focused movement using education, leadership development, and community action to reduce  violence. Through our Leadership Academy and Mobile Trauma Unit, we meet youth where they are providing critical learning, support, and real-world tools that help youth and communities interrupt violence, heal from trauma, and lead change.
